Instructions for shopping cart

The Punanaamio-Redmask shopping cart is easy to use, as long as you take a little time to learn a few tiny things.

In order to pick up products in the cart successfully, the cookie-setting in your browser (e.g. Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Mozilla, Safari ...) must be enabled. By default, it is.

  1. Adding products to cart: on each product page is the button Add to cart, by pressing the button the product will be added to the cart.
    There's a little box next to the button Add to cart where you can enter how many items of this product you wish to order. The default is one item, so if you want to order for example only one Rasta wig, you do not need to change the digit 1 in the box.
    If the product is available in different colors, models or sizes, select first the color, model or size from the the pop-up menu, then enter the quantity number in the box and after that press the button Add to cart.
  2. Shoppin cart contents: Each time you pick up the product by pressing the button Add to cart, the program will add the product to cart and you see on the page a quick notice: Product added to cart. After that you can continue browsing and purchasing the products.
    You can check your cart contents any time and edit it by clicking the link Shopping cart. You find it below the red top row, on the right, next to the little flags.
  3. Temporarily out of stock: When a product is not in stock, it is labeled as "not available" (on a lower category page) or "In stock: Product temporarily out of stock" (on the product page). In this case, you will see the product and the information on our website, but you can not order it. The same situation is also when one of the color, model or size of the product is out of stock at the moment. Then you can not order that color, model or size, although other options are available to order.
    When a product or color / model / size is back in stock, we remove the "Not Available" message, and the product in question or the color / model / size is available and ready to order.
  4. Delivery zone: When you have added to cart all the products you want, click on the Shopping cart link. Now you can choose a region (country) where the product will be sent to you. Choose delivery zone from the pop-up menu.
  5. Order and contact details: Fill out the form carefully: your information, delivery and payment methods. Make sure that your e-mail address is correctly written. If there is a typographical error, we can not send you an order confirmation. For more information, there's an Additional details box where you can write questions about your order or any other related information.
  6. Once the form has all the details, click on the button Continue ordering.
  7. Check once more all details and then confirm your order, follow the instructions on the page. If the information is incorrect, click your browser's Back button and make corrections if needed.
  8. Now, your order is saved into our system.
  9. After that, you get an automatic e-mail message that your order has been sent us successfully.
    If everything is okay in your order, we aim to send the packet to you in two business days and then we will email you also the online tracking information. (Note: We recommend that you follow the track of Internet transmission, because the address cards of the post office get lost quite often!) If we have any questions about your order, we will contact you by e-mail before we send anything. Remember to read your emails and contact us via e-mail (info@punanaamio.fi) if after a couple of days you have not received from us any other message than that automated message.
